I Hope You Dance

The bible often records the children of God praising Him with song and dance.  David at one point shed his clothes as he danced in praise.  Recent research has shown that dancing has a number of health benefits.  These include boosting one's memory, reducing stress, increasing energy and helping the heart.

The thought I leave with you for this week is the song of reflection by Lee Ann Womack.  Throughout the years I have always found it inspiring.  When your days seem to have no end and your troubles no solutions, pause for a moment to pray and maybe take a few minutes to even ... dance:
